Meditation
Meditation has been shown to help sharpen concentration, manage stress and anxiety, and increase patience, and creativity.
It allows the mind to rest from thoughts and the outside world, and helps to center and calm emotions, bringing us to a higher state of self-awareness.
Meditation works most effectively when practiced daily, so start with short meditations but stay consistent. It’s more effective to meditate for just five minutes a day at the same time every day than for 20 minutes once or twice a week.

Loving-Kindness Meditation
The lovingkindness meditation offers a profound and beautiful way to invest 10-15 minutes daily. Personally, I frequently wrap up my workouts by lying on the floor and engaging in this version of Buddhist meditation, which has evolved over my years of practice. The concept is straightforward—reflecting on and expressing gratitude for the goodness in our lives.
